If you know me at all, you know that fitness, diet, personal growth, and self-care are all super important to me. I believe we need to take care of every “pillar of health” in order to truly be healthy and whole. Curious as to what that looks like? Awesome! I’ll show ya.

Every morning I wake up at 5:30 a.m. I grab an Arbonne Fizz Stick with some fresh filtered water, make my way to the couch, grab a blanket, and hunker down for some quiet time. I meditate for 5-15 minutes, either with the Calm App or a Christian meditation focusing on God’s word. Then I do a devotional of some sort and pray. After that, I read several pages in whatever personal development book I am reading. This whole routine takes about 45 minutes.

After quiet time and a good burst of clean energy from the Arbonne Fizz Stick, I put on my running shoes and hit the great outdoors. We live in a quiet area out in the country, so I enjoy running down the Tennessee country roads and listening to the sounds of nature. Most days I like to run several miles, but other days, if I feel tired, I listen to what my body needs and take a brisk walk instead. The important thing for me is that I get outside and move my body.

I normally get back from my run at about 7 a.m. Breakfast time! Before I make breakfast, I take a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to get my gut working and ready to digest. Some days I make fresh eggs from our chickens and top them with hot sauce or sriracha and a side of sauteed leafy greens and microgreens. Other days, I make a protein shake with Arbonne’s FeelFit Vegan Protein Powder. I add things like Arbonne’s BeWell Superfood Greens, avocado, nut butter, cinnamon, oat milk, chia seeds, flaxseeds, pumpkin, or sunflower seeds, beet powder, collagen, and frozen vegetables like kale and cauliflower. It’s super good, I promise. I take Arbonne’s gut health Digestion Probiotic and other supplements with my protein shake daily.

After breakfast, it’s time to work. You know how that goes. =)  About mid-morning I will eat a couple of Arbonne’s FeelFit Chews to hold me over until lunch.

When lunch rolls around at noon, I usually chop up a couple of handfuls of greens that I picked up at the market, add some freshly chopped herbs, grilled chicken, slivered almonds or cashews, and a dressing made with vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. I also like to switch it up by adding things like seasonal berries, sweet potatoes or squash, turnips or radishes, hard-boiled eggs, and sliced onion. Occasionally I will add some delicious goat cheese to the salad as well. If I don’t feel like a salad, some days I make another protein shake for lunch because I love them so much. Once you try them, you will crave them, no joke.

When lunch is over, I normally stretch a bit with some yoga or do another 5-10 minute meditation to let my body rest and encourage the food to digest properly. Then I grab another fizz stick and get back to work. At about 3 p.m. I generally have an Arbonne Protein Snack Bar or Snack Square. The White Chocolate Strawberry Snack Square will knock you off your feet, it is SO good.

I usually end my workday around 4:30 p.m. I always take time after work to go outside and be in nature. It always looks different, but I enjoy things like planting in the garden or planting new flowers, walking the dogs, mowing the grass, cleaning out and adding new bedding, water, and food to the chicken coop, or simply just sitting in a lawn chair and reading while listening to the bird’s chirp. I stay outside for at least an hour.

Come dinner time, we tend to make things like fresh beef or lamb burgers with cabbage wraps and sweet potato fries, whole roasted chicken with sauteed vegetables, tacos with almond flour tortillas, and a delicious sauce, or fresh garden salads with salmon or chicken and an olive oil-based dressing. My husband and I go to the local farmers market every Saturday where we get fresh vegetables, leafy greens, fruits, grass-finished and pasture-raised meats, as well as wild-caught fish. With each meal that I make, it is important for me to include nutrient-dense and clean ingredients – protein, healthy fats, fiber, and greens are a must!

After dinner, I crank on the tea kettle and pour myself a cup of Arbonne’s detox tea, sit down on the couch and read. I love to read, in case you didn’t catch that. When the night comes to a close, I use all of my Arbonne body and skincare products and crawl into bed around 9:30 p.m. I sleep in total darkness to make sure I give my body the best scenario to heal and repair overnight in order to have a great next day. 🙂

If you want more info about all of the Arbonne products that I use throughout my day, please reach out to me. I am happy to help!

Have a great day!

Love,

Jodi
